Wave Taffeta Headband - Ivory

Though we have used Taffeta in the past, we never got to use this kind of taffeta
It's really pretty looking and has a bit of a sheen to it
reflects light a bit
The super cool thing about this (which made it super hard to make!) is that the ends of the layers have wire in them, so you can move the ruffles however you'd like
You can keep the two (ruffle) layers together or separate them
