RETURN POLICY

You're going to love your purchase! In case something isn’t quite right, returns are accepted in unwashed and unworn condition with original tags attached within 5 days of receiving your order, including weekends and holidays. Sale items as well as Items with stains, scents, or other signs of wear are non-returnable and will be sent back at the customer's expense.

The following items and brands are final sale and non-returnable:

24 Six, Malka Majesty, Picntell, Makeup, Swimwear and all sale items. 

Return authorization is required and can be requested through your account in the orders page. 

All returns must be shipped back within 5 days of delivery in order for refunds to be processed. All returns are subject to an $8 flat-rate fee that will be deducted from your total refund for the cost of the label. 

Any returns of $600 or more from a single order will be charged a 7% restocking fee.

Upon receiving returns we will issue a refund to the original form of payment once processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to process.

The Address is not held responsible for lost or misplaced return packages.

Items may be returned in-store. 

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow for 1 additional business day for order processing during holidays. 

If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service so that we may assist you. 

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates will be calculated at check out. Orders over $199 qualify for free domestic shipping.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We know carrier issues and delays can happen, we find that some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the package within the next three business days. If after 3 business days, you have still not located your delivery, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address, please contact Customer Service to assist you.
