RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for a full refund on regular-priced items within 5 days of delivery.
All returns must be requested through your customer account, returns not initiated through the portal will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, you must use the pre-paid return label provided. Items must be shipped back within 5 days of delivery.
An $8 flat-rate fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.
Returns may be made in store within the 5 day return window to waive the restock fee
Any returns of $600 or more from a single order will be charged a 7% restocking fee.

Refund Processing

Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed after we receive your return.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable

ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES

Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of the delivery date to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Returns postmarked between 6-12 days from delivery are eligible for store credit only.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. They must be in the same condition as received.
Returns with signs of wear, washing, makeup residue, stains, perfume, rips, alterations, missing buttons, or any other damage will not be accepted.
Any returns or exchanges postmarked more than 12 days after delivery or not in compliance with these guidelines will be shipped back to the customer

Please pick up your order no more than 7 days after you have received an email notification that your order is ready for pickup
After 7 days your items will be refunded
Returns will be eligible for a full refund within 5 days of picking up your item

Items marked FINAL SALE or items that are discounted are not eligible for return or exchange.
