SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping rates will be calculated at check out. Orders over $199 qualify for free domestic shipping.

  • If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service so that we may assist you.
  • All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow for 1 additional business day for order processing during holidays. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We know carrier issues and delays can happen, some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the package within the next three business days. If after 3 business days, you have still not located your delivery, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address, please contact Customer Service to assist you.

The Address is not held responsible for lost or misplaced return packages.
